The laundry liquid capsule machine is a drum-type single-cavity or multi-cavity automatic molding filling equipment which is designed for small-dose liquid. It is a high-speed automatic packaging machine. It is specially developed for portion packaging of laundry liquid, non-aqueous system oil agent and chemicals. It is easy to maintain and service for seasonal use.

The capsule machine comprises a basic frame structure, a bottom film unwinding mechanism, a bottom film preheating, an upper film unwinding, a filling mold, a water coating, a cutter mechanism and a conveyor belt. The filling mold mechanism is made into a concave cavity of any shape. The fillingamount is controlled by high-precision servo gear pump. The filling amount is adjustable on the operation panel and the mold can be quickly replaced.
