What is special with laundry pod production machines?

If you have only one mold of the pod, then you can produce only one type of pod. When the time you want to produce a new design, with different formula, then you have to buy another machine. With patented mold heating technology, the rotating mold can be heated up to 50-60℃, there are 3 benefit from the temperature.

1. The sealing power is much more enhanced. Because of the warm temperature, the water coated down film is more sticking power, reaching the strongest sealing power in touching and sealing with the up film.

2. The film is more softer and better filling in the mold cave, so the shape, size and weight is more uniform and accurate.

3. Ready for packing and delivery right after output. Because of the warm temperature, the coating water evaporates much faster after the sealing process, so that the sealing power reaches the strongest soon after the output. The pods offline can be packed and delivered rightway. No need to wait and poise before package and delivery.

Structure of the Machine:

The capsule machine comprises a basic frame structure, a bottom film unwinding mechanism, a bottom film preheating, an upper film unwinding, a filling mold, a water coating, a cutter mechanism and a conveyor belt. The filling mold mechanism is made into a concave cavity of any shape. The fillingamount is controlled by high-precision servo gear pump. The filling amount is adjustable on the operation panel and the mold can be quickly replaced.
